Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join the Pheasant Wood team. As an LPN, you will deliver efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
