Job Description
Pheasant Wood is seeking full-time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. As an LPN at Pheasant Wood, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering efficient and effective nursing care to patients while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
