Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts to join the Pheasant Wood team. This role offers new wages, shift differentials, and attractive benefits, including Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment and Tuition Assistance.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
