Exeter Center, an 81-bed facility, is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team under new leadership. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients and contributing to positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
