MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Mountain View Apartments in Mechanicsburg, PA. Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders and apartment turnovers.
• Perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Participate in salt/snow removal duties.
• Be part of the rotating On-Call schedule in Mechanicsburg area and sister communities.

Requirements

• Prior residential maintenance experience preferred.
• Good customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
