Maintenance Technician

Mayroad is seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team in Eielson AFB, AK, Fairbanks, AK, North Pole, AK. As a Generalist Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and maintaining residential properties and community assets to ensure the highest standards are met. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, community assets, and amenities.
• Respond to emergency, urgent, and routine work orders in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential issues.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC/Steam systems, and other household appliances.
• Ensure building appearance and safety standards are upheld at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and use technology such as mobile work order apps effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, and HVAC/Steam systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
