Job Title: Maintenance Technician
POAH Communities is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a vital part of our organization, you will ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Your role will involve a range of maintenance tasks to upkeep the property and contribute to our community's well-being.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all occupants and visitors.
- Stay informed on relevant regulations and take proactive measures to address any safety concerns.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Perform repairs and upkeep tasks as needed.
- Coordinate and complete all necessary repairs and services promptly.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance.
- High School diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Physically able to perform maintenance tasks and work in diverse weather conditions.
