Manager User Acceptance Testing

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Manager of User Acceptance Testing to join our team at Discover Financial Services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a quality assurance strategy for our Discover Home Loans division, ensuring product quality and driving continuous improvement in testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance strategy for Discover Home Loans, focusing on product quality improvement and risk mitigation.
• Establish and maintain quality metrics, ensuring alignment on quality strategy and communication processes.
• Coach and develop team members to perform quality assurance tasks effectively and drive process efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Project Management, or Information Technology.
• 6+ years of experience in User testing, Project Management, or related fields. In absence of a degree, 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of people management experience.

Compensation

Base pay ranges from $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives and benefits offered based on qualifications and location.
