Master Scheduler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Master Scheduler to join ACR Electronics Inc. As the Master Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules and inventories to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our facility. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams, negotiating with vendors, and integrating sales orders with the master schedule to meet client needs. Additionally, you will participate in forecasting meetings, evaluate purchase orders, and manage changes to production schedules to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between departments.
• Establish schedules and plans to allocate resources effectively.
• Compare orders with inventory, anticipate demand, and acquire additional supplies.
• Negotiate with supply vendors and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain the master distribution schedule and notify staff of changes.
• Create suitable production schedules based on orders and forecasts.
• Determine material, equipment, and labor requirements using MRP.
• Work closely with Purchasing to prioritize material procurement.
• Coordinate production operations and manage changes to schedules.
• Track, fulfill, and close job orders promptly.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of related experience required.
• Professional certification such as APICS or CPIM preferred.
• Knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.
• ITAR requirements must be met.
