Member Experience Specialist- Dual role as Teller/Banker

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Part-Time Member Experience Specialist to join Kirtland Federal Credit Union in a dual role as a Teller/Banker. In this position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional member service, handling various transactions, and fostering financial relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enhance member relationships to ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Perform a wide range of member service functions accurately and efficiently, including teller transactions, cash handling, account maintenance, and account openings.
• Process loan applications and provide members with suitable loan and deposit products.
• Maintain cash drawer, follow Credit Union policies, and prepare loan documents in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about Credit Union products, services, policies, and regulations.
• Support the Credit Union's mission, vision, and service standards while delivering exceptional member service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year's cash handling, sales, or customer service experience.
• Prior lending or sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with IRA and consumer deposit products is a plus.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills and analytical abilities.
• Ability to multitask, cross-sell products, and adapt to a changing environment.
