Job Description
We are currently seeking full-time Merchandise Handlers to join our dynamic team at Slumberland Furniture. As a Merchandise Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently storing, moving, and distributing products within our warehouse setting. This role involves working Monday to Friday starting at 7:00 am, with a competitive starting pay of $17 per hour.
Primary Objective & Scope of Position
This position involves merchandise movement, including efficiently handling products, training other employees, and ensuring customer orders are accurate. Additionally, maintaining inventory accuracy, providing excellent customer service, and following safety protocols are integral aspects of the role.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards).
- Basic math skills.
- Knowledge of tools, hardware components, and product assembly.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Basic computer knowledge.
