Mortgage Loan Servicer - Home Loan Center

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Loan Servicer to join our team at Kirtland Credit Union's Home Loan Center in Albuquerque, NM. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of mortgage loan servicing and support, including portfolio mortgages and investor mortgages. You will work collaboratively with management to enhance and standardize mortgage servicing functions while upholding our credit union's mission and providing top-tier member service.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective mortgage servicing activities.
• Facilitate communication, awareness, and knowledge sharing.
• Execute related duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• Knowledge of Mortgage Origination, Loan Processing, Title & Escrow, and banking fundamentals.
• Five years of experience in Mortgage Servicing/Processing or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
