MST Therapist

Job Description

PermiaCare is seeking a dedicated MST Therapist to join our team in Odessa. The MST Therapist will provide evidence-based intensive family and community-based treatment for at-risk youth and their families. This short-term, community-based intervention aims to promote pro-social behavior and prevent juvenile justice involvement. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MST assessments and engage participants in treatment.
• Implement treatment plans, maintain caseload, and document treatment efforts.
• Ensure fidelity to MST service models and achieve productivity targets.
• Maintain confidentiality, attend trainings, and comply with agency policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health field.
• Professional licensure preferred.
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record.
