Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with variable hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, develop and implement care plans, assess changes in patients, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care. You will need to maintain clinical competency, ensure a safe patient care environment, and comply with nursing standards and protocols.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Complete orientation according to policy/procedures.
