Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, maintain clinical competency, and create a safe environment for patients. The opportunity includes full-time hours with a weekend commitment, offering day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in adherence to nursing standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
- Assess patients' needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
