Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our dedicated team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Maintain clinical competency and participate in ongoing education and training.
- Ensure a safe and compassionate environment for patients and their families.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
