Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide compassionate nursing care to patients while adhering to best practices and organizational protocols.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and create a safe patient environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
