Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
The Nursing Graduate provides nursing care to patients ensuring compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Practice, and organizational protocols. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising patient care plans based on holistic needs. Collaboration with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care and maintaining clinical competency are crucial aspects of the role.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred
- BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire
- PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred
- Completion of orientation per policy
