Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires both day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekend commitment. As a staff nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, ANA, ENA, BSBHS standards, and organizational protocols. You will develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on patient needs, collaborate with staff and physicians, and maintain clinical competency to ensure quality care delivery in a safe environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS required.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within specified time frames.
- Emergency Nursing certification preferred.
