Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires day and night shifts with varying hours. The Staff Nurse will provide nursing care to patients according to established protocols and guidelines, collaborating with healthcare professionals for quality care delivery and maintaining a safe patient environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
Unit Details
The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center boasts a modern design with advanced technology and facilities. It features 29 private treatment rooms, a providers' station for collaborative care, and specialized rooms for infectious diseases and behavioral health crises. The department is equipped with a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
