Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide essential nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours, requiring a weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in adherence to Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols.
- Develop, assess, and revise patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and create a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Completion of orientation as per policy.
