Job Description
We are seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality care. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with protocols and guidelines.
- Develop and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Create a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Completion of orientation as per policy.
