Unit Details: This position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room involves providing nursing care to patients in compliance with professional standards. The role requires developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans based on patient needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining clinical competency.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care following Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills for optimal patient care.
- Create a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation as per policy.
