Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide patient care according to established protocols and guidelines, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients.
- Assess patients for changes affecting their recovery and safety.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to deliver care based on current standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
