Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room entails day and night shifts with varied hours, requiring a commitment to weekends. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols. You will assess patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain quality care delivery standards. The role demands clinical knowledge, skills competency, and a dedication to create a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years of acute care experience.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art environment for emergency care, featuring advanced technology and amenities. The facility includes private treatment rooms, a providers' station, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
