Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, develop and implement care plans, collaborate with medical staff, and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with regulations and organizational protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a modern 17,000 square feet space with advanced technology and amenities. The department includes private treatment rooms, a provider station, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of conditions.
