Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours and a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with standards and protocols while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Assess patients' needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
