Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain competency in clinical skills and stay abreast of current practices.
- Create a safe and supportive patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
