Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes and maintain a safe care environment. This position requires a current RN licensure and specific experience in emergency services or acute care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on the individual needs of patients and their families.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
- Maintain competency in clinical skills and adhere to current standards of practice.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
