Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health, specifically at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position entails working in the Emergency Room with day and night shifts on a flexible schedule. As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining a safe patient care environment. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in compliance with nursing standards and organization protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency for effective patient care.
- Create a safe environment for patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
