JOB TITLE: NURSING GRADUATE
We are hiring a Nursing Graduate to join the staff at Grace Medical Center's Emergency Room in Baltimore, MD. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with established protocols and standards. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts, including weekend commitments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and revise patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to facilitate optimal patient care.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Certifications: BLS required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS, and Hazmat within one year of hire.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including private treatment rooms, a providers' station for collaboration, negative pressure rooms, and a behavioral health treatment pod. The department features the latest CT Scanner for better diagnostics.
