Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join our dynamic team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients. This position requires a strong commitment, with day and night shifts, and offers a competitive salary.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and create a safe patient environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Emergency Nursing certification is a plus.
- Completion of orientation as per policy.
