Job Description
We are seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours. The Staff Nurse will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with regulations, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality care delivery. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, hold current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State, have relevant nursing experience, and possess required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat. The role will be situated in the newly designed Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center, offering state-of-the-art facilities for patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with medical staff for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing Preferred.
