Job Description

We are seeking an Operation Control Agent to join the Close Up Foundation team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for weekend office coverage for Close Up participants traveling to/from programs year-round. Your role will involve providing essential office support, handling emergency transportation issues, and ensuring seamless communication between departments for a smooth participant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide office support to transportation team members.
  • Handle emergency transportation issues and re-accommodations.
  • Maintain phone coverage for customer inquiries and travel emergencies.
  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the airline and hospitality industry.
  • Two years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving ability with good judgment to resolve issues in a cost-effective manner.
