ArcBest II ABF Freight is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO. As one of the largest LTL carriers in the country, ABF is expanding and looking for individuals who are committed to excellence in transportation and logistics services.

Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and efficient freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain load plans and ensure vehicle balance.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training to team members.
• Create a clean and safe work environment for all personnel.
• Handle hazardous materials following safety protocols.
• Support a team-oriented culture focused on excellence and wellness.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in transportation and supervision advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight operations and safety practices.
