Your role will involve maintaining appropriate load plans, ensuring safe vehicle operation, assigning job tasks, providing training and feedback, fostering a safe work environment, and working collaboratively to meet department goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks and monitor performances.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in transportation or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
