Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Outpatient Clinician to join CareLink Community Support Services in Norristown, PA/Media, PA. As an Outpatient Clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing culturally responsive and evidence-based individual, group, and family-based clinical interventions at our evolving outpatient clinic. It is essential for the candidate to be proficient in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidenced-based interventions to deliver trauma-informed and culturally sensitive treatment. The role involves managing time effectively, engaging with a diverse member population, and maintaining high treatment satisfaction scores through documented interventions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience.
- Experience in providing behavioral health services preferred.
- Knowledge of Evidenced-based treatments and interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of clinical best practices for various diagnoses.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce minimum billing objectives weekly.
- Conduct intake assessments and evaluations based on DSM V criteria.
- Provide individual, group, and family-based therapy.
- Maintain accurate records and case files.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Submit necessary documentation and reports as required.
- Actively participate in supervision sessions and training programs.
- Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations.
