Responsibilities
- Maintain Charter Senior Living's Mission and Core Values.
- Provide comprehensive care to residents including medication reminders, grooming, dressing, and escort services.
- Offer emotional and social support to residents and maintain their independence and dignity.
- Document daily assistance provided as per protocol and address resident concerns promptly.
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly population.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, CPR/First Aid Certification may be necessary.
- Experience with elderly and memory-impaired adults preferred but not mandatory.
- Successful background check required for employment.
