Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is seeking a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a maintenance technician, you will utilize reliability equipment and technology to analyze, predict, and prevent machine failures, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine data and predict potential failures.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect and repair air, steam, and nitrogen leaks.
• Monitor equipment for issues and recommend immediate repairs to prevent catastrophic failure.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings.
• Recommend equipment upgrades and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in daily data collection, analysis, and reporting in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to undergo job-related training and obtain necessary certifications.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis.
