We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a technician, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to predict and prevent machine failures, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures to minimize downtime effectively.
• Predict pending failures by reviewing and analyzing gathered data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime due to machine failures.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings, initiating improvement plans for manufacturing equipment.
• Comply with all safety procedures and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
• Experience in root cause failure analysis and willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
