Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a crucial member of our team, you will utilize reliability equipment to analyze, detect, and predict potential machine failures to minimize downtime effectively. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing data, utilizing technology like infrared and ultrasonic tools, submitting work orders, and collaborating with maintenance planners for scheduled repairs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance during planned downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Recommend immediate repairs to avoid catastrophic failure.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Collect oil samples for analysis.
• Initiate plans to improve the life of equipment.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
• Experience in root cause failure analysis.
• PDM certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
