Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predict pending failures, and minimize downtime effectively. Your role will involve using infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection, as well as collaborating with maintenance planners for timely repairs and maintenance scheduling. In addition, you will be responsible for detecting leaks, changing filters, and monitoring equipment to ensure smooth operations and prevent catastrophic failures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Predict pending failures and take preventive measures.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule timely repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Detect leaks, change filters, and monitor equipment for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with reliability technology in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Willingness to undergo job-related training and obtain necessary certifications.
