TOYOTI1 is currently seeking a Full-time Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in utilizing reliability equipment and technology to analyze and predict potential machine failures, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing production efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures.
• Review and analyze gathered data to predict pending failures.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, oil, and grease.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime due to machine failure.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings and contribute to equipment improvement plans.
• Stay current with predictive maintenance technology through job-related training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Thorough understanding of root cause failure analysis process.
• PDM certifications or willingness to obtain within a reasonable time.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
