Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. In this role, you will play a vital part in utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect possible machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Review and interpret gathered data to predict impending failures.
• Utilize advanced technologies such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic for daily data collection.
• Coordinate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance.
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, or repairs as needed.
• Participate in reliability and maintenance meetings, contributing to enhancing equipment life and performance.
• Stay current with predictive maintenance technology through job-related training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in daily data collection, analysis, and reporting in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of root cause failure analysis processes.
• Willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
