We are seeking a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. The ideal candidate will utilize reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, minimizing downtime effectively. Responsibilities include analyzing data to forecast pending failures, utilizing advanced technology for data collection, and collaborating with maintenance planners for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures to minimize downtime.
• Predict pending failures through data analysis.
• Use infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners for scheduled repairs.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks like changing filters, oil, and grease.
• Recommend immediate repairs for equipment to prevent catastrophic failure.
• Collect oil samples for lab analysis.
• Support Plant Operations to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings.
• Initiate plans for equipment improvement and extended life.
• Stay current in predictive maintenance technology.
• Comply with safety procedures and regulations.
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal means.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of experience in reliability technology.
• Military experience considered.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis.
• Willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
