Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a part of our team, you will utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures efficiently. Your role will involve reviewing data to predict pending issues, utilizing advanced technology for data collection, and collaborating with the maintenance team for timely repairs and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine data to predict and minimize downtime.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and recommend equipment upgrades or repairs.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.
• Stay current with predictive maintenance technology through job-related training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years' relevant experience.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis and willingness to obtain certifications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
