Job Description

JobTarget, a leading company in the online job search and recruiting industry, is looking for a Product Manager to join its dynamic team. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery roadmap for JobTarget's digital products. Collaborate with various teams to ensure clear communication of vision, objectives, and priorities. Demonstrate expertise in agile development practices and manage A/B tests to enhance conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Establish key processes, deliverables, and timelines for digital products.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for effective communication.
• Identify insights to drive business growth in the recruiting landscape.
• Develop user feedback mechanisms and manage feature prioritization.
• Champion agile development practices and manage A/B tests for optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in the digital or e-commerce sector.
• Advanced technical skills and familiarity with JIRA, ClickUp, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with experience in agile processes.
• Bachelor's degree required.
