Program Analyst, Intermediate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Analyst, Intermediate to join our team at Delta Point LLC. The selected candidate will play a key role in providing administrative and managerial support to help our organization meet its objectives effectively. Reporting to the Program Manager and Delta Point supervisor, the Program Analyst will be responsible for managing various tasks, coordinating calendars, serving as the point of contact for telework issues, handling travel arrangements, and supporting safety inspections, among other duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage Directorate Suspense’s and Tasker Tracking for Directorate.
• Coordinate daily calendars for staff.
• Act as the POC for all Telework Issues.
• Assist with travel arrangements for ESA.
• Support ESA Safety Inspections and Collateral Duty Safety Officers.
• Handle key distribution and record-keeping as a Primary Key Custodian.
• Manage Conference Room Scheduling.
• Participate in the upgrade & modernization of ESA/P&E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Accounting. Four additional years of related experience can substitute for a degree.
• Minimum seven years of experience managing government technical acquisition programs, including one year in a supervisory role.

Skills and Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite systems, and applications required. Basic mathematical skills, reasoning ability, and presentation skills are necessary for this role.
