Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with community providers for seamless care transitions.

- Advocate for youth needs and maintain program excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- 2+ years of program management experience in youth services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
