Property Maintenance Technician Generalist

Job Description

Mayroad is currently seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician Generalist to join our team in Eielson AFB, AK, Fairbanks, AK, North Pole, AK, focusing on maintaining residential properties and community assets to the highest standards. As a Generalist Maintenance Technician, you will undertake a variety of tasks to ensure the properties are well-kept and safe for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential and community properties, including structural repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance.
• Respond to and complete work orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs to prevent future issues.
• Use mobile work order apps for efficient task management.
• Ensure the safety and security of properties by identifying and addressing potential hazards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, with 3+ years of experience in general residential maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC certifications (if applicable).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
